Halloween!

We moved into the house the day before Halloween. Even with all the craziness, we still found time to celebrate! We had a neighborhood Halloween party and enjoyed an evening of fun and fellowship with the neighbors. Nana was in town helping me with the move, so she got to come along and meet all of our neighbors. She also got to chase sweet Molly around while I met everyone...thanks a million Nana! For the party, Molly was Raggedy Ann and Matthew was a football player. We had so much fun. Matthew immediately made new friends and spent the rest of the evening playing football with the other kids.

On Halloween night, we took the kids around the new neighborhood and then drove to a few friends' houses to trick-or-treat. I finally convinced Matthew to wear his SWAT team costume...at least for half of the night (he was a football player the rest of the night). Molly was thrilled to be Raggedy Ann again and really enjoyed asking for candy this year! We had a great time and were thankful Nana was in town to enjoy this special time with us!
