Lucky us...we decided to bring Nana back with us from Arkansas after Papa Doc's retirement celebration! Nana got to stay with us for ten days...ten crazy days that included baseball, football, soccer, AWANA ceremony, church, bouce and more! The kids were so excited that Nana got to go to all their activities with them and I loved having her company. No matter how old you get, you always love spending time with your mama! We started the week off with a day full of sports. The baseball game was by far the most exciting event...I think Nana yelled more than me, which is amazing. We had several days that included shopping, lunch, Tappy's yogurt...you name it, we tried to fit it in. Papa came down on the 12th after graduation. Guess what special day that was...his birthday! We celebrated with yummy steaks from chef Richard, ice cream cake and a movie in the media room. The kids took a little birthday swim, but the adults opted to only watch...brrr. We finished off the weekend celebrating Mother's Day with Nana at a Mexican restaurant. What a way to top off a great week!
