Yesterday the kids and I went to the zoo. Matthew has "unexpectedly" been out of school the past two weeks due to a pipe bursting at his school, so we have had to be creative with some fun things to do. We have had such a great time that I was actually a little sad when he went back to school today! Last week we went to the park several times and even went to the Dallas Museum of Art for a preschool activity and then rode the trolley downtown to eat lunch at Bread Winners. I must say, the trolley ride was my favorite part of that trip! Since the weather has been so nice, we have also been wanting to go to the zoo. Yesterday was the perfect day and the kids had so much fun!
