In February, Molly's preschool put on a Fairytale Ball for all the four's classes. The kids had done a unit on fairytales and the fairytale ball was the celebration at the end of the unit! The kids practiced dancing and proper etiquite at the lunch table...Molly couldn't wait! We woke up extra early that morning to fix her hair, paint her nails and get her ready for the Ball! She gladly posed for some pictures before we left...
When we arrived at the Ball, each couple was introduced. Molly was paired with her sweet friend, Hunter. They were introduced as "King Hunter and Queen Molly". After they were announced, he gave a bow and she gave a curtsy (well, after all the practicing, they actually forgot...but she was sure to show me later!). Super cute. Hunter then escorted Molly to her seat. The Kings and Queens had their royal banquet and then were ready for the dance. I know they had practiced their dancing...but this mama was shocked at my sweet girl taking the lead! She grabbed Hunter's hand, put her fingers through his and put her arm up on his shoulder. I must say, it made me break out into a sweat thinking about her teen years...I'm not ready for that! They had the best time dancing! Molly also had fun dancing with her teacher and a few other boys. It was such a fun day!

...and she lived happily ever after!
