Molly's "Sweet and Sassy" 6th Birthday Party

Molly's birthday party was so much fun this year!  Even though she is often seen keeping up with the boys, she is still such a girlie girl!  We decided to have her party at Sweet and Sassy.  This is such a fun place where the girls dress up, get their hair and makeup done and then dance on the stage.  At the end of the party they put on a runway show!  We were so excited that Nana and Papa Doc were in town for the big night.
All the girls came to the house first and we loaded up and headed to California Pizza Kitchen for a birthday dinner.  The girls were great during dinner and had fun coloring and playing games.  Once dinner was over they were ready for the real action at Sweet and Sassy.  When we got there another party was going on.  It was so cute to watch all of them staring at the older girls...they didn't know what to do!  Once our party got started they had fun picking out dresses, getting their nails painted, having their hair and makeup done and getting sparkly tattoos on their cheeks.  The best part of the night was watching them dance!  They were super cute and tried so hard to follow all the party leaders moves.  After limbo and the catwalk, it was time for cake.  By this point, all the girls were winding down and ready for a treat.  When it was time to go, all the girls marched down the mall behind Richard chanting, "follow the chief!"....something they chant at the campouts when following "Chief Richard".   Oh how I wish I had that on video!  We finished up the night by opening presents and watching a style show up in the playroom.  I think it was a pretty special night and one Miss Molly won't soon forget!

We even convinced Matthew to step in for one picture...against his own will, of course!

Happy 6th birthday!

I love Nana and Papa Doc!
