We had such a wonderful week in Beaver Creek, Colorado with our friends, the Erdman's! The only "bump in the road" was the stomach bug that took out three of our group of ten. Luckily, the stomach bug moves pretty quick so we didn't lose much time on the slopes! The drive to Colorado was fun with the kids trading off between cars and lots of "chatter" with the walkie talkies we had between our two cars!
Once we made it into the mountains, we decided to go tubing and play in the snow! Somehow...I missed pictures of the tubing!
The kids went to ski school for a day and a half while the adults had time skiing together. This was a first time ski trip for the Erdman kids.
While we were in Beaver Creek we got to ski with a few friends from Texas! We even got to see Mike Darkoch guest play on the drums with the local entertainment!
It was a great week skiing with friends. Can't wait to go back next year (without the tummy bug)!
