The next six days of our Florida vacation were spent in Ft. Walton Beach with the Williams family. It was another fantastic week on the beach spent with Papaw Curtis, Jana, Stephen, Brendan, Logan, Marley, Aunt Karen, Mike, Ashley, Madisson, Alleigh, Abbigail, Courtney, and Hayleigh. The only ones missing from this vacation were Mamaw and Papaw Williams (Matthew and Molly's great grandparents). They were supposed to come but Papaw got sick right before the trip and was not feeling well enough to make the trip. We missed them so much but took lots of pictures so they would feel like they were there too!
We stayed in a wonderful condo that was on the first floor with a patio that opened up right to the pool. This was wonderful for little ones and allowed us to stay out with Matthew while Molly was napping (right outside the patio with her monitor, of course!). We went to several good restaurants and had a few nights where we picked up food or grilled out so we could all stay in our swimsuits and swim a little longer! We even had a little birthday celebration for Matthew one night while we were there. He was so excited and had fun eating cupcakes and opening presents. Thanks to everyone for making his early 5th birthday celebration so special!
A few of the mornings Matthew and Molly enjoyed giving Papaw Curtis, Jana and the kids their "wake-up" call...I am sure they appreciated that! While we were there we visited the Gulfarium next door and saw some great animal shows. Most days we were usually out at the pool when it opened at nine and stayed out until dinner time. Our condo also had a splash park and lazy river...the kids enjoyed that as well. Richard enjoyed playing some beach volleyball with the boys, Courtney, Marley and Madisson while Matthew built sandcasles and dug tunnels at the beach. Molly still preferred the pool, so that is where she usually was!
We had a great time with everyone and enjoyed loving on our newest niece, Abbigail. She is only 5 months old and such a cuddle bug! Molly got a little jealous when mommy was holding her. Molly warmed up to the boys really well and would often walk up to them and wait until they would pick her up and put her in their lap...silly girl! One night, Richard, Molly, Matthew and I went to Fudpuckers for dinner. We had a great time petting an alligator, playing on the playground, eating ice cream at the parlor next door and just enjoying the scenery. We had such a wonderful vacation and were sad it came to an end! Thanks to the Williams family for such a great week!

And, by the way, you are so pretty and little, you look like a college girl, NOT a mother of two! Love y'all, Abby

Hi Jenni,
I read your comment on our blog tonight. It was great to meet you tonight at Bible study also. I wish we had a chance to visit there, but it was a packed house!
Thanks for your kind words. I just saw your vacation pics, and your family is precious.
I hope to see you again at Bible study soon. Have a great summer!
