December started with a bang! We got our first snow (ice) of the season the first weekend in December. The sleet left a great hill for sledding the first day, but soon got too slick to sled on the rest of the weekend. Schools were out on Friday and Monday due to the weather. We enjoyed lots of cocoa, sledding, games and movies! Matthew even got to go to a birthday party at the Great Wolf Lodge...a great "break" from the ice! Jasper was definitely a fan of the ice and went out every time he got the chance. Little did we know he would have several more chances to enjoy the "white stuff" as the winter went on!
