Well, alot has been going on since we got back last Friday! We had a great fourth of July weekend, filled with family swim time at the Aquatic Center, neighborhood fireworks, and a Frisco Roughriders game for Richard and Matthew! Matthew was very excited about going to the game and having some daddy time. At the end of the game there had a great fireworks show...that was the highlight of the evening for Matthew (along with the cotton candy!).
Richard has been traveling this week, so we planned lots of things to keep us busy! On Monday we went to a local church to play at their indoor "tubes" playarea with some friends...two hours later and Matthew was worn out (just what I was hoping for!). On Tuesday, Molly had a play date with her friend Ally while Matthew and I went to the doctor for his 4 year check-up (and 4 shots!). He did great and is in the 25th percentile for height and weight...I'm sure he'll keep moving up the charts as he gets older! On Wednesday we had fun playing and swimming at Harrison's house - Molly loved her swim time! Today turned out to be an errand day and now I am exhausted! All in all, it has turned out to be quite a busy week and we still have plans to go swim at the Aquatic Center tomorrow!
And for all of you who are wondering...Matthew's eye looks much better! He looks like his old, cute self!
