California Trip (Part 2)

Bear with me...we had lots of pictures from this trip! While in California, we got to spent two days total at Disneyland Park and California Adventure Park. We had a great time riding rides and seeing all the characters. One day we did a character breakfast...it was wonderful. It wasn't crowded, so the characters hung out with the kiddos quite a bit. Molly liked the characters as long as mommy or daddy were near! Her favorite seemed to be Captain Hook. Can you believe it? She was quite a little flirt with him!

Matthew's favorite memory from Disneyland was when he was chosen to be trained as a Jedi Knight. We saw the show the first day we were at Disney and he was not picked, so we went back to try again the second day and he was chosen. He has really been interested in Star Wars lately, so this was quite a treat! After training with the group, he got to fight Darth Vader. The force was with him and my Jedi Knight did not turn to the dark side! He was so proud of himself and honestly thinks he is a Jedi Knight...it is so cute. He keeps asking when his Jedi powers will kick in. We keep telling him he has to eat more fruits and veggies for that to happen...maybe in a year or two? Too cute. You can even see his Jedi Knight training certificate when you come visit!

All the roller coaster riding was pretty much left up to mommy since daddy gets motion sickness. I am getting the feeling that Molly is going to be quite fearless and will be joining us on the rides as soon as she is big enough! Disney was great and we made some fun memories!
