Molly and Ben's 2nd Birthday

Last weekend we celebrated Molly and Ben's 2nd birthday at Nana and Papa Doc's house. It was great getting to see everyone...I think there were 40 people there to help us celebrate! The kids enjoyed riding on all of Papa Doc's riding toys, playing basketball, football and baseball and climbing on the play gym. The weather was perfect. We ate pizza, cake and ice cream while watching the kids play. We couldn't have asked for a better day! We were so thankful for those that were able to come and felt blessed that we had 3 sets of great-grandparents there! Molly and Ben loved their cupcakes and seemed to enjoy opening the presents. It will be so much fun watching these two grow up together! Happy Birthday sweet Molly and Ben!

I think the great-grandpa's look like they are up to something...

She might not look like she liked it...but she ate it all!

Ben did a good job eating his cupcake too! What a precious birthday boy!

Molly and Ben's cousin, Cole, enjoying the cake too!

Are you done yet, Ben?

Riding the dirt bike

Look at Molly's precious rain boots...they are from Aunt Kara!

Mommy knows I like suckers!

Mmmm....

What a great day!

After the birthday party, the Oosterhous crew and Matthew and I went to Cici and Pop's house for a hayride and marshmallow roast! Cici and Pops are my best friend's parents that live right behind Nana and Papa Doc. It was so much fun getting to spend time with the Daily crew. The kids loved the hayride and enjoyed roasting marshmallows while telling ghost stories...it was cute. Matthew's favorite part of the evening was "stirring the witches brew" (well, poking around the firepit and moving the leaves around). Thanks to the Daily's for a fun ending to a great day!

All the big boys

Ben enjoyed driving the tractor...Molly and daddy were at Nana and Papa Doc's going night-night!

Roasting marshmallows

After we got home, Matthew was exhausted. He climbed up beside Uncle Jim and was asleep within minutes!
