It has been a long journey, but Richard is finally out of a cast or a boot! He had his final surgery at the end of September. This surgery was to remove the long screw that went through all the bones in the ankle. Surgery was a success and he is now doing physical therapy twice a week. Can you believe that all of this began on June 21? So thankful all is healing well and he is able to wear a regular shoe! It's the little things, right?
