A sweet friend of ours goes to Children's Hospital several times a year for a treatment to help with his Autoimmune disorder. His mom had mentioned the treasure chest the kids get to visit each time they are "poked". The kids decided they wanted to raise money to get some new toys for the treasure box. They had a lot of fun shopping for the kids and are hoping their buddy might even pick one of they toys they donated! They went with me to take the toys to the Cancer and Blood Disorders clinic on Thursday. Hopefully they will always have a desire to do nice things for others. It was neat to see how excited they were to take the toys in.
