Baseball season started the weekend of March 7-9 with a Triple Crown Tournament. Mother Nature must not have been ready for baseball because she sure wasn't too welcoming! On Saturday for our "pool play" games it was rainy, windy and cold! We didn't end up playing like we wanted on Saturday, but the boys "showed up" on Sunday! The Cowboys ended up in 2nd place in the Triple Crown 9U Gold Division. Way to go Cowboys! We were ahead by one run at the bottom of the 6th inning and made an error which allowed two runs to be scored. Ouch. Not a fun way to lose, but still proud of how they played and their 2nd place finish!
Sometime you just have to duck!
Miss Molly even let Mrs. Cristy pull her front tooth during the game! Now we are missing both front teeth!
