Football Party:
Matthew's team had an end of season football party at Fuddruckers so they could individually recognize each player and give them a special keepsake to remember such an amazing season. These coaches dedicated so much time and energy into developing these boys as players and young men. So thankful for their influence.
Football Banquet:
Both 6th grade teams had an end of season football banquet to acknowledge and celebrate the coaches and all the hard work the boys put into the Fall 2016 football season. This banquet was also significant because it signifies the move from the city's football association to the middle school football program. The high school coach spoke to the boys, as well as Isaiah Stanback, Super Bowl Champion with the New York Giants. It was neat getting to hear their encouraging words to the boys. A great way to wrap up a great season!
